I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
i am beyond tired, several short naps today.
Workout: 
morning walk and core sork
Breakfast: 
1 1/2 C rice cereal and 1/4 Cut almond milk
Lunch: 
large salad with romaine, celery, onion, bell pepper, cucumbers, and a small bit of tomato. 1 T light dressing, and 1/4 C veggie shreds cheddar and 1 grilled checken breast.
Snacks: 
2T hummus and celery, 2 pieces of SF candy 20 cal ea.
Dinner: 
1/2 C brown rice, 1 chicken breast (mustard marinade, rolled in ground pecan, paked with 1T mozz veggie shreds. Salad no dressing.
