I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
the late night early morning thing is killing me. family/ child matters quashed my workout today and probably the rest of the week. Ont heplus side, i didnt cave to the usual stress eating.
Workout: 
na
Breakfast: 
1/2 C barley cereal 1/4 c almond milk
Lunch: 
brown rice and lentils with bell pepper and chicken breast.
Snacks: 
coffee with soy milk
Dinner: 
mixed up some faves for a quick bite. not that great , needs more veggies, but was quick and easy. 1/3 C corn, 1/3 C black beans, 1/3 C brown rice, 23 oz of roasted chicken, 2 T tomatillos and chilies blended.
