I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
Heading out of town today so I will have to log on my return. Going to the gym later this morning.
Workout: 
planning to walk / run as long as my knee will go today then hit the core work. This weekend is about scuba certification, hauling equipment will be my workout Firday, saturday and Sunday. And diving I guess. ;-)
Breakfast: 
1/2 c grapenuts cereal 1/4 c almond milk
Lunch: 
on the road... will try to keep it healthy
Dinner: 
planning on some steak and salad tonight
