I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
Not a good day. I wasn't feeling well and fell back to old habits.
Workout: 
2 hours of light training at the dojo, mainly teaching
Breakfast: 
1 Cup of toasted rice receal and 1/3 C almond milk
Lunch: 
grilled hamburger with veggies and mustard, rice pasta with oliveoil, garlic and pepper
Snacks: 
Rice crackers, dietrite soda, pasta again,
Dinner: 
steamed tamales, soy dream ice cream witha few chocolate covered esspresso beans
