My Notes: 
I'm so bad at times!
Workout: 
Yard work - 15 minutes until it rained. Laundry - carry up and down steps. Stationary bike - 15 minutes fast and slow alternating. I did read something!
Breakfast: 
2 eggbeaters 2 slices lite whole wheat toast (1/2 slice to dog) 16 oz 1% milk
Lunch: 
12 fudge stripe cookies (I'm so bad!)
Snacks: 
water 2 oranges
Dinner: 
broiled tilapia w/ lemon - steamed veg - water Nuts
