My Notes: 
Too rainy to walk and too cold anyway - the dampness sure doesn't help.
Workout: 
Very basic stretches - the dampness kills me. But the deep breathing is ok.
Breakfast: 
Pre-breakfast: banana ------ Breakfast: (bad) tea and toast (but when I don't feel well that is what I have)
Lunch: 
Large salad of greens, slice of provolone, slice of ham and slice of salami in it - evoo/lemon juice/salf-free mix for dressing. Tea.
Snacks: 
Mid-morning: apple ------ Mid-afternoon: mineola
Dinner: 
Homemade vegetable soup - carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, cabbage. Tea.
Personal Notes: 
More than 1 liter of water.
