30 minute walk to the park;steps for the day 4,626 =3.79 KM
Breakfast:
1/2 cup OJ;1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 % milk
Lunch:
1/2 cup cottage cheese;1/2 pineapple;10 saltine crackers
Snacks:
watermelon
Dinner:
salmon; mix veg
