45 minute walk to the park; did 3,749 steps =3.07 KM
Breakfast:
1/2 cup OJ; 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup 1% milk
coffee
Lunch:
1/2 cup cottage;1/2 cup pineapple
Dinner:
Hamburger on 1 ciabatta roll;watermelon
