20 min brisk walk; 20 min floor exercises
Breakfast: 
oatmeal with skim milk and berries
Lunch: 
Cottage cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers herbs
Snacks: 
edamame; coffee with skim milk
Dinner: 
stirfry of basmati rice, shrimp, tomatoes etc
