My Notes: 
again I'm going to really try
Breakfast: 
1 cup high fiber cereal 6 0z skim milk 1 protein bar(160 cal)
Lunch: 
1/2 c eggbeaters with 1/4 c ground ham 2 sl. 7 grain bread 1 med. tomato
Snacks: 
1 protein bar(160 cal) yogurt and banana
Dinner: 
2 meatballs.mashed potatoes 12 oz low sodium V8
