I will lose 75-80 lbs

Workout: 
Walked 2 miles
Breakfast: 
Juiced 8 carrots and 3 apples. Added a big bunch of spinach to the juice and had it for breakfast, lunch, and snack
Lunch: 
Same as breakfast
Snacks: 
Leftovers from breakfast
Dinner: 
Spicy Paella Style Vegetables which consists of Basmati rice, broccoli, zucchini, peas, onions and one egg.
Personal Notes: 
I am using my Vitamix everyday and eating lots of fruits and veggies.
