Breakfast: 
oatmeal = 100 cal 1/2 cup non-fat milk = 50 cal
Lunch: 
hamburger which consisted of 3 oz lean ground beef = 200 cal. 1 buns = 210 cal; 1 T mayo = 100 cal., lettuce, tomato and onion tortilla chips = 100 cal.
Dinner: 
2 poached eggs on toast = 440 cal. 1 orange = 85 cal.
Personal Notes: 
M calories were approx. 1285 cal. I drank 11 cups of water.
