Workout: 
I walked 1 1/2 miles this morning at 6:30 on my way to work. I will return later today for the other 1 1/2 miles back to my car.
Breakfast: 
instant oatmeal = 100 cal. 1 orange = 85 cal.
Lunch: 
1 cup brown rice = 250 cal. chicken/vegetable stir-fry = 100 cal.
Snacks: 
1 cup yogurt = 120 cal. 1 cup blackberries = 100 cal.
Dinner: 
shrimp with penne pasta in cream sauce = 440 cal. green salad (red, green lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, cucumbers) 50 2T dressing = 45 cal.
Personal Notes: 
Calories for the day = 1285 I drank 10 cups of water
