Workout: 
I didn't walk today as it was rainy in the morning
Breakfast: 
oatmeal = 140 cal yogurt = 100 cal
Lunch: 
green salad (lettuce, mushrooms, bell peppers, cucumbers, tomato) turkey = 80 cal 2 T salad dressing =45 cal.
Snacks: 
strawberries = 100 cal banana = 100 cal
Dinner: 
Doc's chili (turkey, pinto, red and black beans, bell peppers, onions, ragu sauce) = 385 cal 1 slice ww bread = 140 cal
Personal Notes: 
My total calories for today were approx. 1200
