Workout: 
I walked 2 1/2 miles today
Breakfast: 
instant oatmeal = 140 cal. ww yogurt - 100 cal
Lunch: 
Subway turkey sandwich = 280 cal 1 oatmeal raisin cookie = 200 (ugh) shouldn't have that!
Snacks: 
1 banana = 100 1 orange = 85
Dinner: 
Doc's chili = 400 cal. 1 slice ww breat = 120 cal
Personal Notes: 
Total calories for the day = 1425 I drank 2 cups of water at each meal plus an additional 5 cups
