Lunch: 
Rice, soy sauce, ramen
Snacks: 
Gronola bars 2 in the morning two late afternoon, grapes and apple and some carrots, single pack atmeal before bed
Dinner: 
Bowtie pasta with marinara, 2 helpings
Personal Notes: 
Need to get better about this
