cancelled golf, still hacking with bronchitis; bending down sets off head pounding cough

Breakfast:
2 low carb whole wheat toasts with 1 1/2 tbls natural no salt crunchy peanut butter
Lunch:
medium salad with balsamic vinegar, 1 slice thin crust vegetable pizza
Snacks:
20 cherries
Dinner:
7 pot stickers, 2 oz grilled chicken
