My Notes: 
Took Josh for a golf lesson in AM, he stayed for lunch and a nap.
Workout: 
20 min hitting golf balls in the back yard
Breakfast: 
1 egg, 1 toast, coffee
Lunch: 
whey protein shake with strawberries and blueberries
Snacks: 
handful edemame, 2 Brazil nuts
Dinner: 
6 oz baked haddock, 1/2 cup brown rice, large salad with greens & veggies
