Workout: 
15 min walking on treadmill - 15 stretching
Breakfast: 
1 cup Golean cereal 140.0, 1/4 c Oakhurst skim milk 22.5, 1 slice When Pigs Fly low carb whole wheat 70.0, 1 tbl Teddies crunchy no-salt PB 95.0, 2 cups coffee with cream 50.0, Breakfast Totals 377.5 calories
Lunch: 
6 oz baked haddock, 8 oz Asparagus, baked with 1/2 Tbl Olive Oil
Snacks: 
2 Brazil nuts, 3 hazelnuts
Dinner: 
6 oz fresh lobster, 1 tbl light mayo, 2 cups greens with carrots, cukes, mushrooms, red peppers, balsamic vinegar
