To lose 60 lbs by the end of 2008, improve my fitness level and learn to maintain my new weight level.

My Notes: 
Folks, I'm sorry I wasn't here to support you the last couple of weeks. I've been in Florida. My sister had a serious accident in her home and later died of complications. My diet has not been the best. However, I'm still down ten pounds and back on track for recording my meals. I'm not fully into the swing with formal exercise yet. I did walk some getting to the hospital and back to the car.
Workout: 
15 minutes on treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 cup Golean cereal, 1/4 c Oakhurst skim milk, 1 tbl Teddies crunchy no-salt PB, 1 slice When Pigs Fly low carb whole wheat, 1 cup green tea with 2 tsp Fibersure 16 oz water
Lunch: 
2 cups salad greens with carrots, celery, cukes and 3 oz roasted chicken, 16 oz water, 1 cup mixed fruit
Snacks: 
20 cherries, 1/4 cup roasted edemame
Dinner: 
1 4 oz beef patty cooked on the grill, 1 bun, condiments and 1/2 cup cole slaw
Personal Notes: 
Seasonal allergies have been a real problem the last few days. Claratin, et al, does not take care of my symptoms. It's bad enough to have lost my sister, I don't need this additional aggravation. My husband is supportive and has taken over some of the chores.
