Finally back home from Florida.
Workout: 
15 min walking
Breakfast: 
1 cup Golean cereal 1/4 c Oakhurst skim milk 1 tbl Teddies crunchy no-salt PB 1 slice When Pigs Fly low carb whole wheat Total calories
Lunch: 
2 cups salad greens, cukes, red pepp, carrot, cel 3 oz roasted chicken breast
Snacks: 
10 cherries, small handful roasted edemame
Personal Notes: 
Weather here is still hot & humid; I'm miserable with seasonal allergies; trying to recover from the death of my sister
