Georgeous sunny day! New dishwasher being installed this AM
Workout: 
leg majic 5 minutes, walked outside 2 miles
Breakfast: 
6:30 AM 1 WPF low carb high fiber toast, 1 tbl natura lsugar free peanut butter, 16 oz water.......8:15 AM 1 egg, 1 tsp whipped butter, 1 WPF low carb high fiber toast, 8 oz water
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup steamed broccoli, medium salad with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp white vinegar, 16 oz water
Snacks: 
8 oz Dannon cherry vanilla yogurt, 8 almonds, 8 oz water
Dinner: 
Santa Fe Chicken, vegetable & noodle casserole, 1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 16 oz water
Personal Notes: 
Haven't got caught up yet on those few missing days of logs
