To lose 60 lbs by the end of 2008, improve my fitness level and learn to maintain my new weight level.

My Notes: 
Will try to post throughout the day rather than waiting till evening.
Workout: 
5:30 AM, 90 minutes aquatic PT
Breakfast: 
1 egg, 1/2 bagel, 1 slice lean ham, coffee/cream, 16 oz water
Lunch: 
1 homemade chicken fajita rollup with lots of veggies, 16 oz water, 1 cup strawberries
Snacks: 
1 carb smart Myoplex choco drink, 2 oz grilled chicken, carrot and celery sticks, 16 oz water
Dinner: 
5 oz grilled sirloin tip steak, 3 small red potatoes, 1 tbl whipped butter, 1 cup califlower
Personal Notes: 
Lots to do today but making sure to include a hefty dose of exercise. No walking buddy today. will walk with IPod shuffle after lunch
