Workout: 
60 minutes aquatic exercises, 1 hr raking, bagging
Breakfast: 
2 Eggland's Best eggs, 1 English muffin, 16 oz water
Lunch: 
4 oz grilled chicken, 2 cups salad, 2 tbl Newman's Lite Italian, 1 cup broccoli, 16 oz water
Snacks: 
1 Myoplex Lite, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 16 oz water
Dinner: 
1 c Beef Bolognese Sauce, 2 oz Dreamfields Penne, 1/4 c Cheese, Romano, shredded, 16 oz water
