Workout: 
1 hr aquatic physical therapy, walking outside 1 hour
Breakfast: 
1/2 grapefruit, 2 slices When Pigs Fly low carb whole wheat, 2 tbl Teddies crunchy no-salt PB, 16 oz water
Lunch: 
4 oz Spinach, steamed, 4 oz Turkey breast , roasted, 8 oz Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt, 1 cup Strawberries, fresh, 1 lrg La Tortilla Factory tortilla 16 oz water
Snacks: 
1 Myoplex Lite ...............1/2 c Cottage Cheese, low fat 1/2 c Blueberries, fresh, 15 g Almonds (1/8 c or 16 pieces)
Dinner: 
4 oz Turkey breast , roasted, 1 cup Broccoli, steamed, 1/2 c Long grain & wild rice, 16 oz water
Personal Notes: 
Early AM water therapy, afternoon walk
