My Notes: 
Avoided sweets except for a cupcake for grandson's birthday.
Workout: 
Walked for 30 minutes on Sat and Sun. Played frisbee at the park for 30 minutes on Sat. Went to exercise for 30 minutes on Monday morning
Breakfast: 
Oatmeal, half banana, blueberries, 12 almonds
