As the holidays get closer and closer many dieters are now to the
point that they are hoping they end soon! Of course it's not easy
to lose at this time of the year - but remember as I've said in a
previous newsletter - even maintaining your weight at this time of
the year is good.
More parties and family gatherings are taking place now and it will
be like this until the New Year.
Some of us will be trying new recipes or making some tried-and-true
dishes, and some will be trying to find ways to make the
tried-and-true a healthier dish. Which brings me to READING LABELS.
