Step 5 – Logging your Food, Fluid & Fitness
Creating an accurate data base of your nutrition, hydration and physical exertion is the foundation of finding successfully managing your personal weight loss and health.
As reluctant and resistant that you are to this step it must be applied for the first 6 weeks. Without this information your personal plan for weight loss, health and happiness is guess work, at best.
We know it is an absolute, undeniable fact that caloric intake is ultimately responsible for weight loss or gain. This is the key to gaining the understanding as to exactly what needs to be done to create a lifestyle that gives the weight loss and health you desire
