1. Clean, organize and restock your kitchen
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SKIPPING THIS STEP! If it is within reach there is a much greater chance, probably a certainty, that it will be eaten. Get rid of it! Have one last night of debauchery and eat it in one glutinous sitting, give it to the needy, throw it away, feed it to the dog. I don’t care, just get rid of it. We are restructuring your eating habits. In with the new and OUT with the old. The further you get away from your bad nutrition habits the easier it is to stay away.
Trying to lose weight with junk food in the kitchen is setting yourself up for failure. A kitchen makeover will help you to fight the urge to eat when you are bored, stressed or even celebrating.
