Are you making progress?

So we have been at this for a month or more. I know there are more than a few of us with special dietary needs and a fair few with problems related to exercise.

So I am wondering have you found things to help you with your health concerns? What is working for you, or not? what kind of help do you need to make things work? I am of course looking for ideas to make my own progress better. ;-)

I have noticed that if I plan out my meals and exercise the night before, I am more likely to stick with it. Especially if i write it down in the log. Being busy can be a boon or burden - when I i busy i am less likely to eat mindlessly, but more likly to grab convenience food, junk food, fast food.
