A question on appetites
I have a question on appetites.
Is there an all-natural, healthy way to suppress your appetite?
I don't know how it is for men - but women get "cravings" at certain times and some can actually become totally carnivorous chomping on anything in site at certain times during the month. Some go through the sweet/salty and back to salty/sweet syndrome, some just want chocolate and nothing else will satisfy it, some will just get to that "picky" stage - noshing on anything that is dead and not crawling. And if it is still crawling - one whack with the rolling pin and it's good to go.
Fruits and veggies are great - but better if chocolate covered if certain times!
How can women make it through this?
