Healthy Tips for the Memorial holiday weekend:

Hydration:
Drink plenty of water. Most of us will be outside enjoying the sun barbequing and we run the risk of dehydration if we don’t make sure we drink enough water. This is doubly true if you are drinking alcohol or caffeinated beverages that dehydrate your body. We recommend drinking a minimum of 8oz of water an hour while you are outside.
