The first order of business is to stop thinking about food as something
that pleases your palate and creates pleasure. There are times when it
is very enjoyable and satisfying to eat a delicious meal but for the
most part the purpose of food is to fuel your body. With that in mind
the primary step to creating a healthy diet is to ensure that the fuel
you consume is wholesome, nutritious and of adequate volume. I love
to enjoy sumptuous cuisine when I am sitting down and enjoying it
with family and/or friends but the process of organizing my meals is
