Anyone else???

Hi there!

Anyone out there over 50 and a bit slower with extra pounds that they would like to lose - and having a hard time???

Looking for some true diet buddies to help me stay on track and give me the support I need. In return - I will be there for you and help you along the path as well.

Now that we are older - any "old people" exercises that have helped/hindered?

Any tips??

Care to share daily menus and recipes?
